3. Not an Emergency Service

Beatitude House is not an emergency mental health service. If you or someone you know is experiencing a

mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact:

4. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting our office directly

• We require a minimum of 48hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or discharge from services at our discretion

• Beatitude House reserves the right to decline or discontinue services to any individual at any time

5. Payments & Fees

• Service fees are due at the time of appointment unless prior arrangements have been made

services in the preceding 30 days.
